What are the check-in and check-out times?
The chalet is ready from 15:00. Departure is by 10:00. If the calendar allows it we are glad to arrange an earlier arrival or a later departure – just ask.
Is the hot tub available all year?
Yes. The hot tub is heated and ready throughout the year, winter included. It is drained, cleaned and refilled before every arrival.
How does booking and payment work?
After you send a request we confirm availability within 24 hours and issue a deposit invoice. The booking becomes firm once the deposit is paid; the balance is settled before arrival.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 30 days before arrival and the deposit is refunded in full. Between 30 and 14 days we charge 50 % of the stay, under 14 days 100 %. Travel insurance is recommended.
